We are senior,s who are computer challenged. We upgraded to 12mps service with Century-Link in lacey Wa. They sold us a new router (Zyxel model Q1000z). We have 2 notebooks a netbook and 2 apple i-phones connected plus we have a dish sat rec.,an audio video reciever, and a bd player hard wired to the router,thru a d switch. Also an HP with vista is hard wired. The internet on our two laptops keeps freezing up and sometimes the desktop freezes up . We run Norton virus software and spy-bot on all...

Does anyone else have problems with the router dropping all wireless connections from time to time? It seems to be connected to processing many requests at a time, especially rss and bittorrent have been troubling for me.
