My above friend might have had one of those exceptions that his device didnt work fine. My device is working good and I am satisfied with it, wi-fi connects within seconds and battery backup is excellent. I use it everyday to play games and watch movies on High Definition.
I would like to suggest him to contact costumer care nos as I found them really helpful when I contacted them just to check.
