When is a gadget not a gadget?
I recently bought a piano. I considered a number of safe options, like Yamah but ended up with an off-the-wall instrument Is it a gadget? You don't plug it in (but some pianos do connect to mains electricity) but this thing has a carbon fibre sound board, composite materials in the action and a patented methos for transferring sound energy to the soundboard which given about double the usual efficiency.
