Reliable unit that is best kept out of view. It does not look the best sitting on your desk.

Overall, this drive has been very reliable and came at a very reasonable price. My only gripe is that the disk access light is in the back of the unit. It may be worth noting that I primarily use this drive for local backups and occasionally use it as a Final Cut Express 'scratch drive.'

This Western Digital drive is probably the best value on the market today. For a mere $70 dollars on amazon, you get a solid, reliable desktop hard drive that packs in a full terabyte of storage. On top of the value, there's no bloatware on the drive. Just plug it in and start using it with time...
