I use my passport for everything. It's a great device and definitely does a great job getting your computer backed up!

The slightly older form factor so build quality is a little less (and slightly larger) than the latest one but I've dropped it many times and it's survived well.

Small, pretty, biggish: It works fine, and it doesn't need a USB splitter to work on my MacBook Pro.
