I followed the prompt to back up my data from the menu that appears when removable memory is plugged in, but after the backup, windows said it had failed. Now I have a mostly-full drive and am unable to delete the backup data with windows' or WD's included software. Any suggestions?

I want this drive because it's so simple and it's small. However, if the plastic body isn't durable then it won't work for me because I tend to travel with these drives, not to mention the beating they take in the studio/at home. So yeah, how durable have you found it to be?

and I am thinking it is a driver issue, where can I get the driver to reinstall?
