Detailed review
Was careful with them and always put them in case after use and still went through three pairs. First two had plug fail. Third had break in cord. Company only honors warranty if you ship the product back and pay duty again on return to Canada. This after not following the shipping choice I made the first time (before available locally in Apple Stores), so I had to pay 45% of the cost in duty the first time, in addition.

Have saved a couple broken pair and hope to one day learn to solder earbuds onto another cord, likely the Apple one with the mic, play/pause button.
