overview
txtr is looking to stake claim as the smallest e-reader on the market with their 5-inch Beagle. At only 4.8mm thick and weighing 128g it certainly has a shot. txtr's aim with the Beagle to create an e-reader that serves one purpose, reading. So on the beagle you wont find a touchscreen, backlighting, 3G or even WiFi. You will however get over a years worth of use as txtr is claiming that's what their little Beagle can do on just two AAA batteries. Other specs rounding out this tiny device are 4GB of storage and Bluetooth which the Beagle can use to communicate with the Txtr app on your Android phone to transfer books.
