  • Ease of use Fine manual for newbies. Rationally laid out menus. Plus, there is always DD-WRT great!
  • Speed / throughput Original firmware can't handle torrents, DD-WRT can but is still crashy. (build 17201). LAN speeds are excellent. good
  • Configurability / networking features What doesn't it have? Stock firmware lacks QOS. DD-WRT has it, but if want to throttle torrents dynamicly, vegas TCP Congestion Control does great job. great!
  • Reliability Stock won't crash. DD-WRT will, a lot, especially when using all functions. Door-to-door guarantee, no reason to use it so far ;) good
  • Range Was using it in flat, 4th floor, could easily connect on ground floor & outside of building. great!
  • Durability Shiny white plastic still looks like easy to scratch etc. but after almost a year nothing bad happened. good
