I downloaded the newly available European map update for my Go 720 and now it will not start up. It is stuck in a continuous loop showing the start-up splash screen and then restarting. I have tried resetting it using the recessed button and a paperclip but it's staying the same. Does anyone know how I can fix this? To my shame, I failed to create a backup and I can't find a function on TomTom Home on my PC that will help me reset the device. The good news (I hope) is that it does...

I can connect my Storm via bluetooth for calls but cannot connect for data usage (needed for live weather and traffic updates etc.) Has anyone had success? Please share your experience.
