Does Amazon Instant Streaming work on this TiVo? I know I can buy or rent video but that downloads to the TiVo making me unsure of streaming.

Tivo Series 3 hard drive failing, can I replace it?
Bought a refurbished Tivo Series 3 (from Tivo) earlier last year and lately it's been occasionally making crazy scratching sounds which are leading me to believe that the hard drive in it is beginning to fail. Can I pop it open and swap it out with any regular SATA (or IDE, whichever is in there) hard drive? It might still be under warranty, but given that I bought it refurbished I think the warranty might have expired when I hit the 1 year mark a few months ago.

Why does the TiVo Series3 take forever to boot up?
Added HBO and Showtime to my cable package last night and they told me I had to restart my system for it to come up on my CableCARD and it was the first time I've rebooted it since I bought it a year ago. It took 7+ minutes for it to fully boot and drop me into the TiVo menu. What the heck is it doing?
