So I bought a used HT-R640 a few weeks ago and finally got around to hooking it up. Everything has been amazing, but for some reason in order to hear anything we have to have the volume up in the 60s. It was working fine for the last year. Our building just converted from Comcast analog to Digital. Because I already had Cable Cards in my Tivo, I didn't need to get a converter box or do anything special, but after the conversion, I am no longer able to play the DVD and see/record it on Channel 4. It says something like no channel detected. If the DVD player is on, and I go into the setup / video on my tivo, it shows great DIGITAL signals for everything but channel 4. This is just a guess:...

Two days ago I went to "Explore this program" for a TV show I had recorded and the interface changed to a beta version of the new UI that is currently on the Premier boxes.
How does Over The Air HD work with Tivo? Does anyone have experience? Can I cancel my Tivo subscription if I dont need their EPG? I am assuming I can use the signal from the antenna as a source and then set my Season Passes to be hard coded to channel and time. Is there a better solution?
