If you're buying a Symbian phone because it's cheap and the hardware is solid, go for it. If you're considering buying it for the actual OS and using it as a smartphone, reconsider. Symbian was a lot better in 2007-2008 than it is now, and even that wasn't as good as competing smartphone...
