I can’t give the Siberia v2s a very strong recommendation; there are simply too many little issues for a >$100 headset. Although the sound is great and the USB/analog flexibility is nice, I just don’t see myself using them regularly due to the fit and setup issues.

The name SteelSeries is synonymous with PC peripherals, so it’s no shock that it has released yet another quality headset. The only snag holding the Siberia v2 back is its price. At $90, it’s a little more than we would prefer to spend on a gaming headset.

All-in-all it's fair to describe the steelseries SIBERIA V2's as a pretty good set of headphones if consider their forgiving price tag. Must try harder.

If all you're looking for is a pair of headphones for listening to music, you can get a similar quality for less money. But as an all-round headset, the Siberia V2 isn't to be sniffed at.

SteelSeries have taken an already very decent headset and reworked it concentrating on the most important factors ... enabling them to produce one of the most impressive gaming headsets on the market while also improving greatly on its predecessor.

It's good to see that SteelSeries focused on the important stuff with the Siberia V2 USB. Well, aside from the glowing lights -- but they're fun. Aside from them, there's no crazy optional features, switches or breakout boxes here. Just consummate comfort and superb sound.

Strong audio, a smart, lightweight design that stays comfortable for hours, and fashionable too. A great buy if your house is quiet.

The flexibility is unmatched and the ease of installation the best we've seen yet for a console headset. To get better audio than this you'll either need to spend a lot more money, or lose all that flexibility and we're delighted to award it our OC3D Gold Award.
