No antenna pass-through meant I had to add an outlet at the wall (cheaper than a decent splitter) No problems recording HD. The Sony Play TV is a very basic DVR that records to the Playstation internal HDD. it does what it is supposed to and is very easy to use. However, it can only record SD TV. recording HD TV works but the recorded contents stutters quite a lot. The DVR does not seem to have very high compression...
