If you watch a whole bunch of blu-ray movies on your PS3 then this is well worth it. It is not to expensive and just makes watching blu-rays a lot more natural rather than fiddling around with the PS3 game controller. It is also easy to set-up if you follow the simple instructions included. I... Read the full review →

This remote has spoiled me. I never thought that being Bluetooth rather than IR would be a big deal, but I *love* not needing to point it at the console to make it work. It's silly, but it feels weirdly magical after decades of using line-of-sight remotes. I feel disappointed whenever I have to use... Read the full review →

The Sony BD PlayStation 3 remote delivers and fits on the table with the rest of your Sony remotes, and you'll never need more when watching movies, listening to music, or just browsing the XMB. When I purchased my PS3, I knew I was going to use it as a media machine, and I purchased the BD... Read the full review →

This is what you'll be using to play movies on your PS3. You don't have to aim it... if you hate pointing remotes at TVs. Read the full review →

I would highly recommend this, especially if you use your PS3 a lot for watching movies. While I originally got my PS3 to play games AND watch movies, I'd say at least 75% of my usage is now just as a multimedia device, not as a gaming console. The response time can be a little slow once in a... Read the full review →

Haven't tried connecting to other devices but then I see no reason why. It works well with PS3 but it feels like a really fat remote. Read the full review →

A must own for anyone with a PS3 who watches blu rays (I don't buy them I just use my netflix account). Makes pausing, fast forwarding, getting subtitles, etc so easy you forget it's a PS3 and not a dedicated blu ray/media player. Sometimes I think there's too many buttons and certain... Great remote for PS3, but without analog controllers can be hard to navigate other elements of the OS. Arrow pad isn't the best either. Read the full review →

It is what it is a PS3 remote, works good, a little awkward if you ever use it as a controller for non-action games, but works. It's not a great form but it works, it's what you should expect for this item. I'm really only reviewing it because my feed asked me to, lol. Read the full review →

Okay, I haven't actually ate one yet, but it does work really well. Bluetooth needs to become a standard for remote controls. This IR stuff means line-of-site is a requirement. Not with this bad boy. Most buttons are a rubber-type compound, and they withstand a daily beating from my... Read the full review →

This remote is really good and has whatever you may need when controlling your PS3, the only thing that I wish this remote had and that's why I gave it a 4.5 is a backlight for the buttons. When watching a movie it's really hard to see and I always end up pressing the wrong button until if course I... Read the full review →

I received the remote as a gift, but I wouldn't pay out for one myself. I can get by with a PS3 controller just as easily, and at least the batteries in them recharge from the console. The batteries I've had in this unit don't seem to last long, and I only really use it to watch DVD... Read the full review →
