Has anyone else used the Rocketfish gaming headset?

I have this and it works great. The ear cups flip back so you can talk to someone in the room and hear them. The mic can be installed on either ear cup and there are volume and mute controls on the cord and one mute all button on the left ear cup.
I bought one but the chat/gaming dials on the cord don't work properly. Has anyone bought one and used them?

Is the 4.0 firmware update for PS3 working ok for everybody?
Sony just released the new software but I'm hearing it's bricking some people's consoles. Has anyone downloaded it yet? I'm wondering if I should hold off.. I already have a finicky failing unit as it is.

Why is the Playstation Store saying my credit card is invalid?
Signed up for Playstation Plus last night and my credit card went through just fine, but later when I went to add some funds to my wallet so I could buy some games, it failed. And has been failing since. Even tried a different credit card and it's still failing. Nothing is wrong with my bank and both cards are functioning as normal.
Ideas for why this is happening? I'd rather not have to deal with the hassle of buying prepaid cards.

What are the must-have PS3 exclusive games?
Setting aside my insistence not to support Sony, I begrudgingly picked up a PS3 on Black Friday once I learned that I could play classic favorites like Crash Bandicoot, Ape Escape and Final Fantasy VII again.
Besides the obvious well known ones like the Uncharted or God of War series, what must-have PS3 exclusives should I pick up?

How do you get a stuck disc out of a dead PS3?
A friend of mine recently had his PS3 die on him. Sadly, his copy of Madden 12 is stuck inside and he hasn't been able to eject it. Is there a secret trick to forcing the PS3 to spit out a stuck disc?

Did Final Fantasy XIII destroy your console?
I just bought Final Fantasy XIII (brand new) and when I inserted the disc into my Xbox 360, I kept getting a disc read error message. At other times, the Xbox would recognize the disc as a DVD. Sometimes it would load, but it would stay stuck on the Square Enix logo.

Since Qwikster is no more, what changes will happen for Netflix?
When Qwikster was announced, video game rentals were one of the services that were promised (I think?) to the consumer. Will Netflix continue to work towards providing that service since they have decided not to split the company's services into two brands?

It's getting to be a hassle to find stuff to watch on Netflix so I thought I'd ask for people's list of favorite movies, documentaries, series, whatever. Can be as long or as short as you'd like. Considering selling my Turtle Beach PX21 and buying this. Suggestions?
How is the battery life? Are the volume dials easy to figure out between raising and lowering the game and chat volume separately? Often times I turn off/down the chat volume because 12 year olds are annoying and ridiculous while playing Call of Duty. I really like the look of this but am curious how comfortable is it for an extended gaming/movie session. Can I pair this set with my iPhone like the really expensive turtle beach headsets? That would be a big selling point for me.
What is the best Blu-Ray payer with WiFi under $200
I have most bleeding edge gadgets, but never got a blu-ray player. I always consumed only downloaded and streamed content. I just now started to wanted to buy series with "Behind the Scenes" stuff. Can you guys recommend a good player with WiFi for less than 200. More than that, I would probably just look at a PS3.

Cheap way to use Xbox controller for PS3?
I love my PS3 and everything it does. I love the game selection, playing blu rays, netflix, storing pics and videos, etc. I don't want to buy an Xbox 360 though my friends that play CoD all have Xboxes and don't play on PS3. I play CoD often, but not everynight. When I play I really think I could improve my aiming ability with changing to an Xbox controller. Why does the HDTV S/PDIF out port turn off?
I have my PS3 (slim) connected via HDMI to my television (Samsung PN50C550) and the television is connected via S/PDIF to a surround sound BR player (Philips HTS3251B/F7 Home Theater). It looks like Sony has dropped the price of the PlayStation 3 by $50. It's now $250, instead of $300. Were you on the fence about getting a PS3? Does the security breach from earlier this year keep you away?
