Sound performance isn't the best when considering these are intended for DJs and Rap artists. Sound favors heavy bass and treble which can make certain pieces of music seem flat. Design is good for travel, despite their size - and they last forever. Be aware, eventually the ear pads will wear...

These are the cans I used when I DJ'd, and they really excel in the quality that means the most when gigging: durability. I'm probably guilty of mistreating these phones, but they still showed up to work every time. The sound is both loud and clear with great highs and lows and acceptable mids....
