When you turn on the TV, there's a black band across the top that shows the inputs like this: HDMI Dolby Digital 16.9 1080i HD And then the time on the right. That's all fine, but it stays up for like 15 sec or so, and you can't change the station until it goes away. Anyone know how to turn it off or change the settings so it doesn't pop up? Is that kind of warm-up screen or something? The picture is up like normal when this happens with sound and everything. It's my parents...
