Periodically my 40W2000 loses the signal from my Sky+ HD box going into one of its HDMI ports (I think it's AV connector 5). This isn't a fault with the box or the cable as by changing to another AV channel and then back the picture is restored (the error has also occurred whilst using a different cable). Any ideas?
