- Display Not a high res screen, plastic.
- Battery life The Battery life is terrible, absolutely horrendous.
- Camera No comments
- Ease of use This is an Android phone, and is quite user friendly. However, it's been bogged down with crapware.
- Design and form factor A sleek and sexy design, yet made from all plastic.
- Portability (size / weight) Very small, 3 inch screen. Light as well, fits well in the pocket.
- Media support Video Playback is amazing, and audio is as well. This is Sony, with Walkman support.

- Ecosystem (apps, accessories, etc.) Apps are from Android Market, and accessories are plentiful.
Detailed review
The Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 is a well thought out phone, but realistically tested, not the best. The quality of materials here is poor, and the included apps and customization is terribly bogging, albeit usable. Sony Ericsson did not put their all into this, and it will only see the light of day of Eclair, but never Froyo.
