Unless you have tiny fingers or a nail that's tip sharpened its annoying to have to pull out the stylus (I blame the iPhone for spoiling me). I do love the Skype app though.

X1 a failure
Dont go near this phone had one for two days freezing problems bad interface typical windows os deletes outlook info randomly without warning hard reset 5 times had to soft reset every time after syncing so windows would recognize the phone when it was pluged into pc bad bad bad steer clear Hope this helps any one thinking of buying this phone keep on testing and keeping it honest

Hi, I'm planning to buy the Xperia - however am not sure yet. I started my affair with Sony Ericsson with the P910i - which was a lovely phone and had me hooked. Shifted to P990i - but was sorely disappointed due to its low RAM and slow processor - seems SE had actually downgraded the specs and increased the price. I had this phone for a few months, some very nice features (keyboard, winmo) and some dynamite software out there for it - SBC shell was awesome. Sadly it lacked the elegance of the iPhone, and the instability was an issue at times. I now have an iPhone, and there's no looking back. the system is uber-stable, the app store is COMPLETELY addictive and the device is simple to use. With the new 3G s out, I am going to have to save a little, but will definitely be purchasing the new model when...
