Which manufacturer is changing least about the android OS.
Would like to know which manufacturer is not nerfing cool features and not installing bloatware so that I can browse that manufacturers products and only consider specs. If there is no saint then just opinion on the least obnoxious will be great. No #apple or #WP7.

Is it only a matter of time before Sony PS3 uses Chrome OS or Google TV as a UI instead of XMB?
With so many gadgets to navigate. I think it would make a lot of sense for Sony to just adopt Google TV on the PS3. PSN should become an app for all platforms (apple WP7 etc). Sony Ericsson phones with the PSN app can have exclusive features. No?

Now that the Xperia Play is official and we've had a week or so to digest the news, what are your thoughts?
I really think this thing is pretty "meh." Really, it's just a generic Android handset that has a built in controller (which *is* nice for games) and plays older PSone games. Whoop. I was hoping for more!

I'm looking for a nice, sleek, simple slider phone, either from Samsung or Sony Ericsson, and I can't really find any that fit that criteria on my…
budget (around $200). I thought I would get the S7350 but I don't even know if I can get that anymore! Can anyone recommend me a good slider with a nice screen that's thin and cheap? Compatiblity?
Considering giving this to a friend with a Palm Pre. anyone know if it's compatible? I know for a fact they work with Android devices, and they are not compatible with Windows MObile devices (at least 6.1 and 6.5, you can't adjust the volume and they are always on the highest volume setting).

Music drops during playback outdoors
Has anyone else noticed when you're using these outdoors, the music will every so often drop out and then come back? This happens to me only outdoors. It happens very often, about once every 15 seconds or so, enough to be very aggravating.

Need to use K750i as GPRS modem on iBook G4 on USB cable... HELP!!!
Recently my brother started using my old iBook G4. It's running OS X Tiger (latest update installed, I think 10.4.8 or 10.4.9) and it doesn't have Bluetooth in-built. Now my brother wants to use his K750i as GPRS modem over USB cable, but when plugged in it only shows Memory Card mounted, but no network interface in Network preferences panel. I've used K750i as bluetooth modem on OS X, but never on cable. So any idea what should be done? Do I need any driver or third party software?

battery alert
Hi, Did anyone found a way to disable the loud alert sound made by the phone when its about to run out of battery ? I use to keep my phone on all the time and sometimes, in the middle of the night, I get wake up by these multiple alerts that seem to never stop! Thanks

Sweat Getting into Earbud -> volume decreases
Well, contrary to what some people have said I have used these successfully while jogging - the good thing about this is that the earbuds are sound isolating so it muffles out the exercise machine noise / other sound in the exercise room. However, I've had a problem where sweat trickles into the ear and into the fabric plug of the earbud which is under the plastic lid. Once this happens, the sound on that side is really faint. Texting freeze
Anyone had this device simply stop sending texts? Between me & my wife it's happened 3 times, and takes a master device reset (factory defaults) to fix. Only saving grace is the great backup tools and USB cord that came with the device, so it isn't too bad to restore.

My phone has been bugging out for a while...the OS is really slow
I've stopped using my G900 since the time I tried to update the OS, then I started having problems. The OS became really slow to the point that it was impairing the functionality of the phone. Also after a while the screen goes blank and no matter how many buttons I push it won't turn on again. A M2 slot breakdown requires board replacement at 70% of the cost price
This is a very good handset. I still love it. But the M2 slot just broke down. And, the service guys say that they will have to replace the board which will still cost me about 70% of the price. That's sad. A perfectly good device, a simple M2 memory slot breakdown and I am left with crippled technology. I am now debating if I should get another of the same model or change to something else.

3.5mm headphone jack problem
My 3.5mm headphone jack is malfunctioning. The phone does not recognize the headset/headphones when I plug them in. I have to physically force the plug forwards or backwards in order for the sensor to pick it up, and then when I let go, it doesn't recognize it anymore. I've tried a variety of different headphones and headsets and none of them work. Any suggestions?
