I don't want another sized speaker, I want smaller, more cost-effective Sonos hardware to power my in-ceiling and existing speakers. It feels like the right time for new hardware.

I've got an S5 in my LR, which I love for the convenience and big sound from a small box. I'm thinking about getting a ZP120 to connect to my downstairs speakers for poolside music but $500 seems pretty steep. I've already got an amp connected to a computer down there, so it's purely or convenience factor that I'm considering he ZP120.

The iPhone version is serviceable on the iPad, but I want something that takes advantage of the extra screen real estate.
