If you've been looking for a mouse that could keep your wrist and hand moving the Smartfish Whirl Mini is worth a tilt, er try.

If you’re looking for a more ergonomically appropriate alternative to the ol’ mouse, try looking in the direction of a trackball; the Smartfish Whirl is a little too impractical and awkward to be recommended here.

Thanks to the increased comfort level we are rating the Mini slightly higher then the full size Whirl. We feel that the Smartfish Whirl Mini is a product worth considering if you are in the market for a quality portable mouse designed with ergonomic comfort in mind.

Don’t get me wrong, if you really want an ergonomic mouse for your laptop, this is a good choice – there just might be better.

I have to recommend either getting the original or looking to other manufacturers if you want an advanced mini mouse with a full complement of features to match the price.
