Great, In Ear, Sound Isolating, Headphones for iPhone?

Ok,
After 4 years of every day use, my Shure EC 102, In Ear. Noise Cancelling headphones are finally on the fritz.
I like, that they go deep in my ear, and that the cable goes over the back of my ear, and that they cancel unwanted noise pretty well, and are extremely comfy, (10 hour flight, recently, no problem), and they work with my iPhone..

I recently misplaced my Apple In-Ear Headphones, which honestly didn't thrill me too much, so I don't mind. At any rate, as you might be able to tell by the title, I'm looking for your opinions on the best In-Ear headphones.

Noise canceling is okay.

Fast motions causing iPod to pause or change songs

I just got a iPod nano 5th gen recently because my iPhone was becoming to inconvenient for the gym and I wanted something smaller. I use the Shure SE210 with the mic attachment for my iPhone and the sound is way better on those over the stock iPod headphones so I started off using those. Podcasts only playing in right ear?

I bought these headphones a few years ago, before I really got interested in listening to podcasts. Since then, I've noticed something really offputting - on both my original iPhone and my new Droid, podcasts played through the E4c's only play through the right ear. This is *really* annoying...so annoying that I've given up on these awesome headphones for daily use.
