The MM50 iP headset delivers impressive sound quality and the design of the push-to-talk mechanism, while bulky in comparison to some alternatives, makes that feature easy to use. The cables are subject to tangling and the sound isolation isn’t the best.

The low price of the set is probably its biggest plus. You get more than enough sound quality for your buck ... and although during music playback the bass could sometime intrude, the overall sound is extremely engaging.

If you're after a relatively inexpensive but generally good iPhone headset to replace the bundled offering, the MM 50 iPs make a good case for themselves; they're well designed, comfortable and the headset functionality is well delivered.

These 'phones are very nearly very good, but the build quality on the wire lets them down. If they lasted more than 8-10 weeks they'd be an 8 point something, maybe even 9. The remote works well and the sound is pretty decent considering the price, but within about 6 weeks the remote...
