If you are looking for a cheap pair of headphones to use for the occasional use then the HD 201 is fine, but if you're wanting headphones which pick-up good amount of bass (without feedback), feel snug around the ears and look great then these are not what you want.

Not he best quality headphones out there, so would not recomend to people looking for perfect film or gaming quality. However if you just want a cheap pear of headphones these are better quality that you will ever get for anywhere near the same price.
