Shure SRH750 DJ VS Sennheiser HD 518
I have narrowed my headphone search down to these two, in the low-100 price range....has anyone experienced these two or have an opinion??
Shure = 5 Hz - 30 kHz, 32 Ohms
Sennheiser = 14 – 26 kHz, 50 Ohms

What is the proper way to wear buds/IEMs?
This past month I've made the transition from Sennheiser HD 497s and eH350s and made my first leap into buds, settling on a discounted pair of Sennheiser IE7s.
The sound these put out is pretty decent, but I've got a major complaint that, as a first time bud user, I hope you all could help with.
Going through the assortment of tips that came with the buds, I've found I prefer the foam to silicone, but to get good sound on either the silicone or the foam, the buds have to be pressed deeply into the... Read more →

Great, In Ear, Sound Isolating, Headphones for iPhone?
Ok,
After 4 years of every day use, my Shure EC 102, In Ear. Noise Cancelling headphones are finally on the fritz.
I like, that they go deep in my ear, and that the cable goes over the back of my ear, and that they cancel unwanted noise pretty well, and are extremely comfy, (10 hour flight, recently, no problem), and they work with my iPhone..
I don't want, big, over the ear, late night radio talk show host, headphones, cos they make my ears hot. (my wife has a great pair of Sennheisers, I've... Read more →

Best in-ear headphones?
Hey guys,
I recently misplaced my Apple In-Ear Headphones, which honestly didn't thrill me too much, so I don't mind. At any rate, as you might be able to tell by the title, I'm looking for your opinions on the best In-Ear headphones.
Noise canceling is okay.
Thanks!

The Best in-Ear Headphones, Comparing CX300, 400
Hi I am looking for the best in-ear headphones, I have some my favorite headphones whcih are the Sennheiser CX300 and 400 but the problem is the bottom connector, the design has horrible duration, is here are any similar headphones in which have a different bottom connector (which deliver the same sound)

I'm looking for some really nice quality over ear headphones for travelling or even just watching movies on my laptop occasionally.
I most likely won't use them much when out and about due to size, but it's possible that I might. I was looking at the three above with my preference being the Beats (I'm an apple guy, so the white color and clean look appeals to me), however they seem quite overpriced. Could anyone suggest some nice headphones, or select from the ones above based on their experiences with them? Thanks!

Does anyone have any experience with these two headphones?
All IEMs I use are just uncomfortable and I've decided to just invest in a pair of good portable closed supra-aural headphones instead of just subjecting myself to the uncomfortable IEMs. I've narrowed it down to one of these two. They're both roughly the same price ~$200 and both seem to get similar reviews, but I don't really see much head to head comparisons with both. I like how all parts of the HD 25-1 II are user replaceable and I've heard its basically...

Two questions:
1. Is the silver ring and logo on the outside of the earcups just silver plastic or are they actually metal? 2. How is the bass on these? I hear very inconsistent opinions about this. I like my cans with as much bass as possible without sounding distorted or muffling out the mids and highs... Would these fill that description?

Uneven L+R
I'm having a problem with my HD 595s where the left channel sounds louder than the right, regardless of the source. I've already opened them up and reseated the cable which seems to have helped for the most part, but the issue still somewhat remains. And yes, I've tried wearing them reversed and have had a couple other people check the balance too, so I'm nearly certain that it isn't my hearing. :) Is there anything else I should do/check before I send them away for...

connection problem?
While I listen music with my MX W1 and iPod, the sound is interrupted once in a while. well, it's not something like totally disconnected, the sound is intermittent less than a second. it's not happen when I use DigiFi Opera S5 with MX W1's transmitter. so it's seems like MX W1 receiver's problem. does anyone have same problem? by the way, Opera S5 is pretty nice. but compare to MX W1, it's still feels wired.

Popping and Clicking
Does anyone else experience popping and clicking when playing 'raw' sources at higher volumes? For example, i have an electric drum kit, and the bass drum, when the volume is increased, can make the headphones pop and click.

Replace cable of the HD 202
I know the HD 202 are budget headphones(excellent value!) and most people would buy new ones as soon as they have issies with the cable. Anybody out there that replaced these headphones' cable? Any tutorials on how to dismantle them?. Thanks in advance.

Average length of life
My pair went on the fritz a couple days ago (7/13/09) and became mono (right channel wasn't getting a good connection). Looking at my gmail history, i ordered the pair 7/8/08 so they lasted roughly a year. Is everyone else getting a similar experience?

Replacement Cable?
Anyone have a suggestion on where to get a new cable? Mine's busted and I miss these headphones.
