If you have a digital library that's larger than the capacity of your tablet and want to bring it all with you on the go, the Wireless Plus is arguably the best choice on the market.

This unit is essential if you have a ton of multimedia content (let's say more than 64GB) that you'd like to access at any time, or if you want multiple users to access different content from different devices.

Gives your tablet access to a vast media library wherever you are, with or without a Wi-Fi connection. Solid performance... Convenience comes at a price. Drive is slightly bulkier and heavier than other 1TB options.

The SSD issue aside, the Seagate Wireless Plus drive would be a great addition to anyone's mobile content stores. It's relatively easy to use and offers a significant amount of additional storage and flexibility by which to access it.

The Wireless Plus provides a ton of storage and easy accessibility for all my devices. It has found a place in my backpack next to my iPad—at least until the 1TB iPad eventually comes along.

It'd be great for family road trips a few hours away or solo plane rides across the Atlantic. It could even act as a portable NAS drive of sorts for traveling business folk.

Seagate's Wireless Plus offers a good way to stream media content to multiple mobile devices, whether you're at home or on the road. It's a little cumbersome to set up, but it does its intended job very well. And you can use it as a regular external hard drive, too.

Despite the doubled storage space and better battery life, the Wireless Plus manages to remain more compact that its predecessor, the Seagate Satellite.

The drive itself is not much larger than a traditional external hard drive, and has a plastic enclosure that looks like brushed metal on top and a soft-touch finish on the bottom. As with other Seagate drives, the Wireless Plus uses its GoFlex system.

As far as size and weight, the Wireless Plus is still a bit large, but it’s smaller than its predecessor and is only barely larger than Seagate’s regular hard drives.
