If i buy this unit will it work on my 2nd TV without paying a fee

What is the external audio power output in watts? Seems to be for their eyes only, what gives?

My unit has a unrecoverable disk error message and will not work. Is there anyway of rebooting the hard drive or does a power off/on automatically reboot the drive? Is there any procedure to follow to try and get around this error?

I had a Comcast tech over the other day and he had to get a remote out of his truck (regular remote cannot access this setting) and he changed an audio setting from Dynamic to Fixed and it made a world of difference. It seems that setting has gone back to what it was before and I need to know how to get back into my box and change that setting again. Thanks!

Does anyone know if there are any differences in the two models. Leave it to TW to give me a downgrade of what I previously had.

Has anyone been able to get an IR extender for this device? I tried calling Scientific Atlanta (aka Cisco), but they told me that they do not sell to individuals, I'd have to go through TWC. Of course TWC had no idea what an IR extender is, and they were unwilling to get one for me. Anyone have a solution?
