I've done my research and have narrowed it fown to this or the next model down, the UN46B7100. Do you guys think the upgrade to 240Hz and the Internet@TV justify the extra $200?

Auto-motion Plus 120hz
I had a hard time finding this information so I am going to post it here in case others are wondering the same thing. The panel will always upconvert to a 120hz signal, because that's how the panel is designed to operate. The AutoMotion Plus feature is a picture processing technology that is employed to "enhance" the upconversion, but doesn't change the fact that the upconversion happens. HDMI 240 hz cable help needed
I recently bought a Samsung 468000 LED television with 240hz and bought Monster HDMI cables. I felt like they were too expensive at $129.00 each and called Samsung to see what they thought. They told me they had the HDMI cables for $14.95 and they would work the same. I brought the Monster cables back to the store and ordered the Samsung cables.
