If you go down the checklist of feature differences between the Moment and Hero it seems silly to pick the HTC device. The moment has a great OLED screen, proximity sensor, physical keyboard, fast processor and a physical camera key. The first problem is the battery life. Having an 800mhz processor... First, I have to say that this phone was a huge let down for me. I enjoy Android so much that I did not mind the stock Android software build on it *at all*. In fact, this may have been a plus! The only additions it had were the Sprint ones (e.g., Sprint Nav, NFL, Sprint TV, etc). The first issue I... Read the full review →

The Moment has much going for it. Although there may have been some glitches upon its release, the CL14 update (which is applied to recent new shipments) seems to have rectified the most apparent of them. The phone itself is solidly built, with the simple physical design found in many touchscreen... Read the full review →

I only had this phone for about two days as Sprint coverage at my home was unacceptable so the phone had to go. That said, even if Sprint worked at my home I would not have kept the phone. The keyboard is a weird combination of big and yet challenging to use. Add to that the whole device is... Read the full review →

I've had this phone for little under a week and I'm ready to take it back. Please don't get me wrong, this is a great phone. Once you started adding some apps to make it your own, its pretty cool. So lets break it down: *Side Buttons The camera button on the side is very nice to have,... Read the full review →

Most of the reviews I have read on this site about the Samsung Moment are coming from people who don't actually have the phone. Little nit-picky complaints and comparisons to the HTC Hero. PSSSSH. If you don't own the phone, STFU. The HTC Hero is crap in comparison to the Samsung Moment. I... Read the full review →

Love the slideout keyboard and vibrant OLED screen. Overall I am really enjoying my first android os experience. Looking forward to the 2.1 update later this year. The 2gb Micro SD card is small but I found a class 6 8gb card off of amazon for less than $20 and plan to get a 16gb or 32gb card when... Read the full review →
