The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1v is an outstanding device for personal media and web consumption. There isn't much Samsung can do about the sub-par app support for Android tablet so far, though we do think not including HDMI or DLNA in the out-of-the-box experience is missing a trick.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1v and its Android 3.0 Honeycomb operating system offer a credible alternative to the iPad 2, but one that falls behind Apple when it comes to general usability and slickness. The Galaxy Tab 10.1v is a nice albeit incomplete-feeling start to life with Honeycomb.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1v leaves a basically positive impression that is only marred by a few drawbacks. Bonus points are the modern case, the haptically pleasant plastic, the wireless and sensor equipment and the Nvidia Tegra 2 (250) System-on-a-Chip solution's performance.

A little upset on a couple of things. Lack of expansion slot was silly considering it probably would not have added too much to the design or cost. Case supplied is a little heavy but very welcome! I hope Samsung keep the OS updates coming out regularly...they have a bad track record with the...

This Android tablet is fantastic, smooth operation with no lag and stock honeycomb. The lightweight form factor and widescreen lcd really appeal to me, as well as the 8MP camera. Will soon be superceded by the thinner 10.1 though.

Just got one for my wife... I think its a nice unit.. For surfing the net, playing a game or two, going on social sights, i think its a good machine. Its not heavy, easy to use, the screen resolution is fine to me.... LOL.... I find it funny that people say it isnt as clear as they would like......
