The Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G, T-Mobile's newest QWERTY slider, offers snappy performance and good battery life, but the uncomfortable keyboard is a dealbreaker.

There's just one reason to choose the Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G over another smartphone: It's got a full hardware QWERTY keyboard, something most high-end smartphones lack. Unfortunately, according to Engadget, the keyboard is "uncomfortable," and the phone "can only be described as a half-hearted attempt at an ergonomically pleasing device." TechHive points out that the phone's other features are on the basic side, and that the Galaxy S Relay "isn’t going to redefine Android handsets anytime soon" given that it's "bulky and has a subpar camera." If you're looking for an Android smartphone with a hardware keyboard, your options are somewhat limited, though the Motorola Photon Q is a better option, despite its dependence on Sprint's limited 4G network.
