What are the implications of not having USB mass storage on the Galaxy Nexus?
details
I currently use this alot for transferring my files to and from pc. I also plug my phone straight into my ps3 and use it as mass storage and I can watch all my videos and listen to all my audio off my galaxy s in a matter of seconds. Will I lose this functionality and how much of a pain or workaround is required because of the new mtp standard employed? Is this also an ics thing or just a galaxy nexus thing ?

wifi MAC address "not available"
details
the galaxy s (i don't know about other android phones) seems to be plagued with a wi-fi problem: after rebooting it, sometimes the wi-fi won't start, or it will start, find no router, and turn-off again. when looking in settings, you find that "MAC address" appears as "unavailable". rebooting it again, or doing anything won't solve it. this has happened to me 3 times already. in different forums the only solution i have found is to reboot the phone to its factory state. it works, but it means... I have a very wierd problem with my Sammy Galaxy S (international i9000 version on T-mobile in the UK)
details
When I get home I switch the Wifi on on my handset and it "looks" like it has connected to my network but when I try to use the browser, navigate the marketplace or refresh my Twitter it times out and no data gets sent. I have tried the usual things, resetting the router, resetting the phone, taking out the battery and sim for a few minutes and replacing etc but none of them seem to help. Does anyone else experience this problem? Am I alone and if it has happened to you then did you find a...

Loved this phone at first, but almost 30 days later, I'm having severe interface lag.
details
For example, when I'm typing anywhere, it types fine at first but on any random keypress it will freeze graphically. The system thinks I'm holding the button down for the duration of the freeze. If, say, the button frozen on is the back button, the phone will provide haptic feedback and delete words. The results would not show up until the freeze stops several seconds later. This happens other places too, such as the unlock screen, the back button, and the home button.

So I switched to an Android phone just two weeks ago, and for the first week I thought it was the greatest electronic of its kind.
details
I couldn't believe the customization it had. I've been an iPhone user since the very beginning back in '07, and I needed to leave, BADLY. The thing is, I decided to switch without even touching an iPhone 4, just going by what I heard and have read about the phone. Now, there are a few things that are very bothersome concerning my Captivate: 1.) The Android Market is AWFUL. Aside from having some great apps that help you customize your handset and provide some good tools to mess... Read more →

Actually my question is regarding about travelling. I wanted to post T-Mobile but it's not yet a tag selectable.
details
Anyways, I'd like to know if anyone knows the best way to solve this question: I will be travelling to Vancouver only for 2 nights just to see if I should try thinking of doing a week vacation there. I'd like to know if I should unlock my phone and use the carriers there or just pay the 1MB=$10 data and $0.49/min with T-Mobile. It's only for two nights and I don't think I'll be calling that many people, though I'm sure data will slightly be intensive, but no movie... Read more →
