Detailed review
I bought the Note 2 international version off contract and have enjoyed the non-pentile 720p super amoled plus display a lot. The display is good in the sun and has rich blacks. The processor is incredibly fast. As a guy I have not had any issues putting the phone in my pockets, even skinny jeans! The file system is a bitch to deal with but at least you have a file system unlike ios. The camera is good but is hard to keep still enough to get clear enough shots to see the wonderful high resolution images. The S-pen is surprisingly useful when it comes to hand writing recognition and the swipe-esque native keyboard. The phone is surprisingly thin and is quite an enjoyable experience overall.
