The value is high and the drawbacks are few and far between on the Samsung Galaxy Exhilarate.

Samsung's Galaxy Exhilarate runs an older version of Android, has just a 5-megapixel camera, and, despite having just a 4-inch screen, is bulkier than Samsung's Galaxy S III, which boasts a 4.5-inch display. So, what's good about the Exhilarate? Quite simply, the fact that, at just $30 with a two-year contract, it's one of the cheapest ways to get a decent Android smartphone with access to AT&T's fast 4G LTE data network. That makes it worth considering if you don't want to spend $100 or more for a higher-end smartphone. However, if you want to spend even less, the Pantech Burst has similar features, and is available for free with a two-year AT&T contract.
