Camera or a smartphone?
Would this have a microphone and a speaker? I assume in some ways this can be used as a VoIP device since it has Android.

Samsung at IFA: New phones, laptops, desktops, cameras, and more!
As Sony did earlier today, Samsung used the IFA Berlin show to roll out massive array of new products.
