If all you want is a backlit keyboard, Saitek's Eclipse II does that very well. We wish that Saitek had also refined the key feel and added a few other features. Aside from lighting up, it doesn't offer gamers much to get excited about.

Call us crazy for recommending it, but its tough material and cool look are something that blows other keyboards out of the water. You can’t go wrong either. If you get tired of looking at its backlit keys, you can easily turn it off and still have a strong and comfortable keyboard to work with.

The pain got very intense very quickly, so I carefully packed the keyboard back up and thought, okay this is not a good product for me. Your experience may be better, if you have bigger hands.
