This is my fourth BB, and the Tour is supposed to be the the most powerful available from Verizon. Again, it fails to deliver. If you stick with email, SMS and phone, you are probably going to be OK. If you start adding applications, it starts slowing down - alot. The mouse-ball becomes unresponsive, and the hourglass icon pops up often. It could take many minutes for a message to be selected and displayed. This is a common occurrence with every BB I've owned - and I've re-freshed them to remove all personalizations. BB fails yet again. Verizon didn't help.
