• Durability I dropped this phone many times and it kept running. The deadly blow to this device is to shatter the plastic "washer" that kept the trackball in place. good
• Ecosystem (apps, accessories, etc.) The ecosystem and way to install apps was just painful. So many barriers to entry. awful!
