Detailed review
It took a while to get used to not having a touch screen but now I can't imagine not having a trackball. The physical keyboard was essential for me, I do so much messaging (e-mail, sms, mms, blackberry messenger) that an onscreen keyboard (even the iPhones) didn't cut it. If you need to get work done, get a blackberry, and get an iPod touch to play, the best of both worlds. The only problem you might have is integrating with your business e-mail if you have a small IT department running their own exchange server. For traditional IMAP/POP access to your e-mail the setup is nice and easy.
