WPA2 Supported by the PSP?

I am thinking about getting a PSP and wanted to know if it supports WPA2? I have seen that it supports WPA, but was curious about the newer format.

I can honestly tell you from experience it doesn't support WPA2. I upgraded my brothers network security to WPA2 and his PSP stopped working with it. It was a dealbreaker for him and back to WPA it was. He has the PSP Slim. I'm not sure about the Go.

I have a Cisco Valet using WPA2 and have a psp 2000, 3000 and a PSPgo and I have no issues getting online to the PSN. I have not done any online gaming on the PSP in a while but everything else works for me

I have the same issue. I ended up connecting an older router to my main router and set it up as an access point with WEP, just so I can use the PSP with it. Everything else connects to the main router with WPA2. I'm curious if this compromises my main security in any way, though?

Anyone know if this is the same for the PSP Go? I just ask because the PSP has slightly upgraded hardware (e.g. the inclusion of bluetooth)

I've done some digging around and I think I have found my own answer. The PSP appears to only support WEP and WPA. Bummer.
