Would Microsoft Surface+Courier+Xbox Live+Windows 8/Windows phone 7= one crazy cool tablet?

Just thinking about how Microsoft has all these get services and research that never really gets blended into one. I mean it was not untill recent that they started to really merge their services onto all of their platforms. They always seem to be one step behind and always seem to show off cool stuff in their research lab that never makes it anywhere. So how cool do you think a tablet with a great screen and great internals including some MS Surface technology, the intergration of services (Zune, Xbox Live...) a courier application and the touch friendly Windows 8 or Windows Phone 7 OS on board. Oh and if you want to go further lets say they steal something from other gaming companies for a change and make it like the Wii U controler to make playing traditional games funner. I know I am dreaming but it would be pretty cool. Wouldn't it...?

That would be stellar in theory. Microsoft has been known in the past to not connect their seperate services to one another. I think a long running joke is that for the longest time, Office docs wouldn't open right in hotmail using IE8.

That being said, Microsoft seems to be waking up, albiet slowly, to the idea of connecting their services. If such a product existed and it had one hell of a battery life, I'd be down for it. Xbox/Windows to go? Yes please.

I think that's exactly what we're going to get with Windows 8.
