I never tried to use wireless syncs with my old zunes but I thought I would give it a try with my Z32. I went into the device settings in the desktop software and set up wireless sync. It confirmed that everything set up ok. I unplug the zune and then on the zune i connect to my home wireless network just fine (market place and all that works fine.) but when i go to wireless settings/sync/sync with pc it says "connecting with pc" for a few minutes and then says "cannot connect with pc, make sure you are logged in"
any advice?

firewall? I have seen firewalls block it before. xp, vista, 7, or osx?
