Question about

windows pc similar to mac mini

i run our IT dept and i'm looking for options to upgrade our video conferencing. we currently just use two xp machines with logitech software. the pc's are hooked up to flat screen tv's so the picture quality leaves a lot to be desired. i'd love to upgrade the logitech cams to hd cams but we'd obviously need new hardware. my first thought were mac minis due to their size & relatively low price. i'm curious if there is a similar design to the mini for the windows pc market? my office is all windows (credit union's tend to not use macs!). the video conferencing is for office meetings between two locations & board meetings between these two locations.

also, if we do upgrade it won't be until early next year. budget reasons.

I'm just going to list what I know of that are ultra small form factor, can't say how they'll perform with needed software but they should do fine.
