Willthe iPhone 5 be lighter?

It seems that as every iPhone comes out, they seem to get heavier. The 3GS was 4.8 ounces (135 grams), the 4 was 4.8 ounces (137 grams) and the 4S was 4.9 ounces (140 grams).
They are continually getting heavier. Will the iPhone 5 be even heavier or will they give the weight some attention and decrease it???

Wouldn't it be nice to know what Apple is planning?
I would hope to see much improvement from the 4 and 4s designs. When it comes to speculation, all we can do is speculate for now. So I've included links to helpful sites who may have insight on what's to come:

Also try these wonderful sites to stay a "bit" ahead. Haha. I really enjoy reading about the emerging technology they post.

And as we should all know by now, the Ipad 3 has basically been announced and confirmed to sell by March.

I hope I could help,
Enjoy!

My feelings tell me it will not be any lighter than the predecessors.

The iPhone feels solid in hand. The material is right, the size is right, the weight is right. Well, maybe a little too heavy for some. (oops!)

[My opinion: The current square-ish design of the 4/4S hurts my hands. Especially when texting or playing games.]

Hey, iPhone 4 platform is made of one-piece Aluminum! That's gonna gain some weight! The 4S even packed in a bigger camera sensor. Bigger battery (that lasts the same as the old one...hmm).

Apple will not make any dramatic change, i believe, to their products. Their designs act like a trademark of a kind!

PS: Would anyone fancy a carbon back cover?

You don't expect somebody to have a real answer for this, do you? It is impossible to know the answer to this, but honestly, I'm impressed if you can pick up a 4 in one hand and a 4S in the other and know the difference because of 3 grams.

I would much rather it be heavier and have better battery life than be lighter. I do not think that the iPhone is too heavy at all, especially when many people shove it in battery extending cases anyway, or at least a case of some sort. Infact, I wouldn't mine a larger screen, and proportionally heavier as well.
