Will the Samsung Tab 10.1 get ICS?

It's probably mostly up to Samsung. The 10.1 currently uses Honeycomb 3.1 with an awful Samsung overlay of Touchwiz UX. I really really hate it and wish I could go to stock Honeycomb...

there are stock honeycomb roms out there. Not ideal to have to put a rom on there, but at least it's an option.

Really hoping for ICS

I'd love to put a stock ROM on mine. I just can't stand the Samsung interface.

For example, if you're watching some sort of video (Netflix, whatever), on Honeycomb the navigation bar at the bottom becomes very transparent and unobtrusive. With Touchwiz, it fades only slightly, and is still very visible.

That's just one of a couple dozen complaints I have specifically about Touchwiz.

Do you know if everything about the tablet still pretty much works with these stock roms? Will accessories like the video out cables and USB adapters still work without Samsung's stuff on there?

I'm running "In Paris" right now, overclocked to 1.4ghz, and it is a solid ROM. I love it. Everything in it works like a champ. I believe it is built from the Touchwiz base though, so it may still have some of the quirks that you don't like.
