Will the Galaxy S II come to AT&T?

Not much more to it. I know it has AT&T GSM bands, but will it come to AT&T?

Can be too sure though.

Yes. It has just been announced that the AT&T version will be called the 'Attain', Verizon will be called 'Function' and Sprint 'Within'.

It probably will come to AT&T, but like the previous series of Galaxy S devices it will probably also come with customizations. If you were happy with AT&T's version of the original Galaxy S line then I'd imagine you'll be happy with their custom version, otherwise it might be worth it to import the European version since it has AT&T's GSM bands.

chinster's link is right; expect the at&t version of the s2 soon.
the s2 is too good a phone for the us carriers to pass up, especially considering they all offered the original galaxy.

I'm sure it will come to AT&T like the first Galaxy S line did (there's really no other reason to put that band in there), but what I really wish is that they'd come out with a phone on Verizon. I'm still waiting for my killer Android phone which will never come to market:

-plain-Jane Android
-dual core
-LTE

And if I can get some other cool, really nit-picky features in there too, I would, but those three requirements seem to not be in the cards. Who knows, perhaps a new Nexus phone by the end of the year like the rumors say...
